What is your main service area?

Our specialty is working with pre-IPO, listed and high-growth companies to increase their brand awareness through targeted digital content including company explainer videos, social media content and long form content for native ads as well as white papers. 

PR | Re:public is a Core Consultants Company (founded in 2009) which was rebranded as a separate entity in 2019. Our team has more than forty years’ combined experience and our sector experts each have over twenty years of developing content in their specific fields. 

Depending on the marketing goals, we have tracking pixels in all our content and track clicks, impressions, shares, reshares, shareholder sentiment, buying sentiment (in the case of a public company), mailing list sign ups, newsletter opens. Working online enables us to track pretty much any digital asset that we create. We compile this in a report which we share with you. We also constantly hone our strategy, messaging and content so that it does not become stale and becomes incrementally better at getting results. 

A lot of the content creation and branding objectives used to get investors’ attention can be used to engage with customers. We would change our content strategy to focus more on the product or service that you provide and less on the investment thesis so as to attract the attention of the end users, your customers. 

We are not licensed brokers / dealers so we cannot help companies raise capital, however, for listed and pre-IPO companies in specific sectors, we work with particular capital raisers that may help. We also have a contact base of investors who may look to invest in certain businesses. Typically, nothing too early stage in the case of a private company / startup. This is definitely the most frequently asked question. Unfortunately, no one can guarantee that a share price will increase as this depends on a host of factors beyond our control including, your existing base, current market conditions, etc. We will say that more than half of our clients have achieved phenomenal success in the markets after they began to promote their company and adopt a communication strategy. 

We believe that success in the market for a listed company depends on three main factors: 1. Management, 2. Capital Structure, and 3. Great Communication. If management is able to advance their company and move it in a positive direction, the capital structure is tight with shareholders that are aligned to the business objectives and the communication strategy is well thought-out, with a consistent message, then you will have all the right ingredients for success. 

We define our campaigns by the content that we put out for our clients. Typical campaigns run for a month, back-to-back, during the engagement term and are usually in sync with the company’s news flow. Each campaign may include the following: A long-form content piece with native ads and social sponsorship, a collection of social content posted across LinkedIn and Twitter, or wherever your company’s audience are, interviews across industry podcasts / high-traffic investor sites, whitepapers, explainer videos and any other content that is aligned with your company objectives. 

The more content / company assets that you give us at the outset, the more we have to work with. Photos, videos, maps of the property, photos of the product all go a long way into helping us develop a great campaign for your business. However, if you do not have a lot of content, do not fret. It is our job to sit with management, ask lots of questions, understand their service or product offering and create our own valuable content on your behalf. We even send in a photographer or videographer when needed.

Our service allows you to outsource this very important aspect of your business to us, with the aim of freeing up your time. A typical engagement will look like: First few weeks will be the most intensive as we will be picking your brains, understanding your business, creating assets, logos, presentations, content, videos, introduce you to our writing team, creating newsletters etc – as its still your business, you need to be comfortable with the messaging that we put out and sign off accordingly. As the engagement gets underway, meetings will become less frequent and most things can be resolved via email or a quick chat or messaging. 

It is our job to help all companies, regardless of their size, to succeed. For those companies that have little news flow, we focus more on content creation, developing thought leadership papers, videos, getting media interviews etc, so as to create news flow for your company.
